Do I still keep my new car warranty?
Yes, MobiMech is an authorised repairer and our servicing will not void your new car warranty.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Cash, Mastercard, Visa, EFTPOS and Cheque. We have mobile EFTPOS terminals with all mechanics. Payment is due at the time of service.
Where can I get my car serviced?
MobiMech currently services the Sydney Metropolitan Area. MobiMech has both a fixed workshop at Taren Point and a fuly equiped service vehicle.
Your Mobile MobiMech mechanic will travel to your home, work or anywhere you wish to service or repair your vehicle. Your mechanic can even service you vehicle on the side of the road in quiet streets.
Can I keep the parts removed from my vehicle?
Yes, you can ask your mechanic to provide you with the parts they have removed from your vehicle.
Can I ask questions to the mechanic?
Yes, please feel free to ask as many questions as you like. You can even watch the entire service on your vehicle and ask questions along the way.
Do you accept Seniors Card?
Yes, MobiMech happily accepts Seniors Card. We currently provide a 10% discount off labour costs on presentation of a valid Seniors Card.
Do you do Log Book Servicing?
Yes, MobiMech performs all log book servicing requirements.
What trades do you have on staff?
MobiMech has a dedicated team of qualified Motor Mechanics and Auto Electricians on staff.
